NO.

NO. Its main objective is to document civic issues to create public awareness and aid in decision making.
I have a problem using something or have suggestions. Who do I contact?
Right now, the quickest way to reach us is through the facebook page. For some reason if that is not convenient to you, you can join the discussion here.
Do I need to submit my contact details while commenting on reports?
NO. This is a technical limitation, which will be solved once CitizenMapper moves out of the "beta" testing stage. You do not need to submit your personal information while commenting. Enter any nickname as your name and any random email address like "anon@thisisgibberish.com" in the email field. We will not verify your contact details.
I see a report as missing details/duplicated/spam/offensive content. How do I flag such discrepancies?
Rate down the report and leave a comment on its page. We'll take care of the rest.
Why is CitizenMapper in beta?
The functionality and usability of the software is being tested. We are working on customizing it to the people's needs and introducing specialized features at a later date.
Is CitizenMapper restricted to Chennai?
Yes, for the time-being. We plan to cover a larger geographical region once we move out of the "beta" stage.
Can I request new features?
By all means. However, no major changes will be made in the "beta" testing stage. Addition of new features also depends on popular demand and time availability.
